In partnership with The Commons, we designed and delivered a connected member platform that brings bookings, communications, visitor management and CRM integration into a single, cohesive digital ecosystem. 

The work focused on reducing friction across daily operations while strengthening how members connect with spaces, events and each other across multiple locations and brands.

Meeting Room Booking System

A purpose-built booking interface allows members to quickly find, compare and book meeting spaces across locations. Default location logic, clear pricing and intuitive navigation reduce booking friction while improving utilisation of spaces.

On-Brand, Easy-to-Manage Newsletters

Custom newsletter templates were designed for use within Campaign Monitor’s drag-and-drop editor. Local community managers can now create and send consistent, on-brand communications without design support, improving speed and engagement.
