Refer & Earn

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the Referral Program (“Program”) between ID Digital Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the referring individual (“you”, “referrer”). By participating in this Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Referral Payment Terms

• You will receive 10% commission on the first completed project of each new client you refer.
• Payment is made only after the referred client’s first project invoice has been paid in full.
• Payment processing will occur within 14 business days after the final invoice payment is received.

2. Program Participation & Cancellation

• The referral partnership can be cancelled by either party at any time with notice via email.
• If cancelled, any referred projects already in progress will still be eligible for commission, provided the projects are paid in full.
• ID Digital Agency reserves the right to deny or remove any referrer from the Program if fraudulent activity or unethical referrals are suspected.

3. Project Completion & Payment Conditions

• If a project is cancelled or placed on hold indefinitely, referral commission may not be paid.
• Payments apply only to the originally quoted project scope.
• Any scope creep, change requests, or additional invoices (including 3rd-party services) are not included in commission calculations.

4. Eligibility & Referral Criteria

• A valid referral is a new client who has not previously engaged ID Digital Agency for any services.
• You can refer multiple clients, but only the first project per new client will earn a referral commission.
• Referrals must be genuine – ID Digital Agency reserves the right to reject a referral if the client is already in discussions with us or has worked with us in the past.

5. Payment Processing & Tax Considerations

• Payments will be made via bank transfer to an individual’s account or to a business that provides ID Digital Agency with a valid tax invoice for the referral amount.
• If payment is to an individual, funds will be deposited via BSB and Account Number, and a receipt will be provided for the transaction.
• If the individual is not GST-registered, the GST component may need to be adjusted depending on their financial setup. It is the referrer’s responsibility to understand and comply with tax obligations.
• Any tax implications related to earnings from this Program are the responsibility of the referrer.

6. Terms Updates & Availability

• These Terms & Conditions may change without prior notice.
• The latest version will always be available at the same URL on the ID Digital Agency website.
• By continuing to participate in the Referral Program, you agree to any updated terms as they are posted.

7. Miscellaneous

• Participation in this Program does not establish an employment or agency relationship between you and ID Digital Agency.
• ID Digital Agency reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Any disputes related to this Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of ID Digital Agency.
